One more post...last night, I was making dinner for JM and Addie to have while I was in class tonight. I got the cheese out of the fridge and noticed that its expiration date is March 9, 2009 (the new baby's due date). It made me think two things...
1) Baby #2 is going to be here a LOT sooner than it feels like!
2) Kroger brand cheese may have a few too many preservatives for my liking ;)

So you and Lynn are gonna have babies close together again. My friend and I had our two within 3 months of each other both times. It is much more fun that way. Congratulations!
And that cheese sounds pretty nasty. :)
So I was going to post about this but I didn't feel like I knew enough about it to do a post about it. But, look at your american cheese wrapper...it says it is a cheese product! I couldn't find american sliced cheese that didn't say this. This led me to google cheese product. In actuality sliced american cheese only has 51%real cheese in it! We have since switched to other forms of sliced cheese...cheddar, colby monterrey, etc. I don't know if you were talking about sliced, but I thought I'd fill you in. =)
This was just a big block of regular cheddar! Maybe that's normal. I think I'll check out the other brands to see if they're similar.
I did know about the american cheese. I eat it myself but don't give it to Addie - ha ha ha!
