For Anne! [alternate title: House Update :) ]

So I'm a little behind with the weekly house pictures, but it's not due to failure in progress! They have been rockin' and rollin'! However, nearly every time we've stopped by, there have been workers there and I've hesitated to take/post photos with them in it without asking them, and my Spanish is too rusty to try to get all that out there. ;)

ANYWAY - I thought I'd try to post a few for everyone to see, and especially for Anne, since this is your thing. :) They are in reverse chronological order, with the most recent one having been taken by John Michael this past Thursday. As for the interior, I don't think I'll post pics in drywall stage because it's jut really confusing to try to explain what is what. But as of this week, all drywall is up and they were starting interior trim work and laying floors (hardwood and tile at least - my guess is carpet will be much later?). We are still estimated to be in at the end of this month or first part of next.

Taken 1/3/13 - almost done with the exterior
(clearly there will be some fill dirt in front of the house so the house doesn't appear so tall - it does not have a basement - but that will be the last thing they do)

Taken 12/24/12. This is in the garage.

Taken 12/1/12 - this is the garage. John Michael is in LOVE with the height and is planning all kinds of fun storage. He will also have a "workshop" (we opted for that instead of the third car bay) that he is super excited about.

Wow, looks like it's coming along nicely! Once the sheetrock goes up on the walls it gets exciting because you can start visualizing rooms and where your furniture will go and things :-)

Awesome! You guys will be in in no time! I love the two different brick patterns and the pergola at the front door is very nice. John Michael will have a great time going vertical in that garage! So excited for you guys!
