Progress!

After some delays for plat amendments and obtaining permits, we officially have the start of our house! They began grading the lot earlier this week and poured the footers on Thursday. It is so exciting to see movement!

The footers will provide the support for the house. The blocks for the foundation should be placed sometime this week!

Funny Boy

Every day on our way to Landon's preschool, we pass our old house. And every single time we pass the house, we say, "Hi Old House! We miss you!" That is, until the other day when Landon said,

"Hi Old House! We miss you! Indeed we do! Enjoy your new people!"
